Tuition & Fees
Table 1.8a contains the tuition rates for a student to attend Grantham University. Total program tuition varies by student depending on the total credit hours required for that student to graduate. At least 60 credit hours of course work are required to complete an associate degree program; at least 120 credit hours of course work are required to complete a bachelor degree program; and 36 credit hours of course work are required to complete a masters degree program. Course Textbooks, Software, Materials and Postage
All course materials are included in the cost of tuition. The materials are sent to the student after he/she has enrolled in courses. Each student must supply his/her own writing materials, calculator, and postage for any communications to the University. The University pays postage on mail and parcels going to students in the U.S. (including APO and FPO addresses), Canada, and Mexico. Students in other countries must pay a $50.00 per course shipping charge.
Institutional Refund Policy
If the student cancels within the period allowed from the time of enrolling in any given enrollment period, the amount already paid will be compared to the tuition of the completed portion of that enrollment period. Cancellation notification may take any form, but students are strongly encouraged to advise the University in writing to ensure that there is no miscommunication. Any amount the student has paid in excess of the required amount will be refunded; if the student has paid less than the required amount, the student will pay the difference.

A student who decides to withdraw from Grantham, that is, drop all of the courses in which he/she is currently enrolled, must follow a formal withdrawal procedure. The student initiates the official withdrawal procedure with his/her Admissions or Student Progress Representative and via the applicable Online Portal. If a student enrolls via an Online Portal, it is the responsibility of the student to withdraw via that same Online Portal.
Grantham is subject to and must abide by the refund policies of any branch, agency or department of the federal government with which it is in any way associated or affiliated. In the event of a conflict between Grantham’s Institutional Refund Policy and the refund policy of an affiliated federal branch, agency or department, the federal refund policy may supersede that of Grantham University.
All monies due the student will be refunded within 30 days from the date the student provided notification.
Notes:
- Program tuition and total cost are based upon total credit hours.
- The University evaluates institutional program rates in the second quarter of each academic year, and rates may be subject to change after that time.
