Student Advising and Learning Center
The mission of the Student Advising and Learning Center (SALC) is to provide comprehensive, innovative and technologically advanced tutorial services to Grantham students. The SALC also strengthens and supports the academic experience of students by providing tutorial support in several academic areas that promote retention and student success.
The SALC offers tutorial assistance to any student who experiences academic difficulty and needs individualized attention in order to understand the fundamental concepts and principles of a course. The SALC offers tutoring in all academic programs and is available to students on an as-needed basis. An instructor, counselor or academic administrator typically refers students to the SALC. The Coordinator of the SALC works closely with allied professionals at the University and directs the services of the Center. A student may contact the Coordinator of the SALC at salc@grantham.edu.
